I just bought 2 sets of address lables and neither ID is on the website 50020 and 50021. How often are templates updated on the website?
I bought 49868 - gold snow flake address labels - and I want to print multiple addresses to send out - but it will only let me have the same on each label. How do I edit each label individually?
I am doing a series of certificates where only the name chages. I printed my first - fine. I changed the name save it and am trying to print the second. It shows up as correct on my computer but when I download it to print it has the original name on it.

I have attempted to print a certificate several times. I go the print button at the very top which opens up my project and asks me to hit print button again below my project. It does not print and and receiving a spinning circle stating loading.......... I have read a forum to clear cache, and possible issue with a downloaded image. I have delete the image and cleared the cache, and there are no text boxes on my project. Please advise
Hi M Parker,
If you're trying to print Certificates, only 20 NAMES/Certificates are ALLOWED to avoid circling bug. Meaning it should be by 20 names in batches.
Things to consider when loading error occurs.
Please refresh browser and delete cache and history on settings.
Please also check if there are overlapping textboxes on the certificates, too much data sometimes increases loading time.
If your project has an image on it, please make sure the file is saved either JPEG,PNG or JPG format and should be no more than 5MB in size. Try not to upload too heavy images because the more they go on one page the more difficult the pdf will be exported on the rest of the pages.
Please also check fonts used on the certificates, sometimes the one being used is the obsolete one which creates the issue. You will determine this if you are on the edit tab, if you are on the editing page, highlight the textbox on the right side and it should highlight the font name being used. If not, you must change it on the dropdown menu. Or the template being used has a bug on it.
Hope this helps.

Hi! I bought the mini certificates years ago. I don't remember my password and can't reset it. I want to use my certificates and I made up a new one but I can't print it. I tried to enter a new password but I can't. The item number is 48767. I made a nice new cert but no use!
Hi Greta,
Can you please tell us your email address so we could reset your password and start creating your project?
I want just a blank template to write my own words
Hi Angel,
Template to use will be depending on the item# you will be working on, please locate the 5-digit item number in the bar code or on the product label and enter it on the Search bar on the iclicknprint website. Template will be a blank canvass unless if you will utilize those Templates and Suggested Wording found on the left panel of the screen.
Item #49835 has the seals in straight lines up and down and side to side. When I choose the template they are not lined up in straight lines. How do I fix that?
Hi Jo Ann,
There are four template versions of item# 49835, please choose the closest template to the actual product you bought.
Suggested process in dealing with your project:
1. Design the first Seal.
2.Kindly utilize the "Position icon" on top of those menu bar to make sure they are perfectly fit and centered on the first seal before moving on.
3. From the top of right hand side of the seal, click to highlight the first seal.
4. Then, hit Ctrl + C to copy. Afterwards, Ctrl + V to paste
5. Drag the entire copied info to another seal.
6. Do Copy-Paste method (#3) on the first row.
7. Once the first row is covered, do the copy-paste again. This time copying the entire row.
8. Paste and drag input to the other rows until they covers the whole page.

I have two certificates on one page. I don't want to have to recreate the second image. how do I copy it without doing it text box by text box????
Hi Kimberly,
Once you already copied the texts from the upper certificate and paste it on the lower certificate, please utilize the "Preview and New Page" and click on the paper with a plus sign to populate another certificate. If it is highlighted in blue, meaning you are currently working on that certificate page and click on the paper with a plus sign again until you accomplish the number of certificates you will be working on. But remember, that only 20 certificates can be printed at a time to avoid loading error to occur. Please see screenshot.
