Hi Tracy,

At this time we do not have the option to 'lock' a particular element on the page, however, if you find yourself accidentaly moving one of the elements you can use the Undo button from the toolbar at the top to remedy the changes.

I want to make sure most of my text can not be changed or position moved other than 2 places where we will insert names/dates.  Can I secure the text so that it can not be moved or edited?

To download a .pdf of a project, you start by using the Print button from the toolbar at the top.

After going through the Preview screen the program will ask you to save the project, and after a short loading period a pop-up window will come up. On this window you will find the printing instructions for your project as well as a large button in the center titled Download PDF Now. Using this button will either automatically download the .pdf file to your computer, or prompt you with an inquiry where to save it - this depends on your browser settings.

As part of printing the project you will need to download it as a .pdf file to your computer. You can attach that file to an email, but please note that at that point the project can no longer be edited, any edits need to be done on our website and a new .pdf file needs to be downloaded.

I can't find the "download pdf" button for the life of me, and this isn't my first project. The program also crashes/freezes every time I try to save it now.

It is possible to copy/paste from a Word document, but only within a given text box in our program. Please note that it's only the plain text that will be coppied and the layout and formatting needs to be re-created.

This issue is most likely ocurring because you are opening our program using the Safari web browser. For the time being our website is fully compatible with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Other browsers can work to an extent, but we recommend using one of the two supported browsers.

Why can't I paste text rom a Word document without having to recreate the entire thing?
