Hi Juan,
There is no new update yet, but fonts acting up when a merge is done is an issue we are are working on, and should be covered by the next update to our program. In the meantime, you can either edit the merged pages manually or alternatively, you can try out one of our downloadable Word templates.

When I Merge the excel file with my certificate template. it changes the font of one of the text boxes. I then have to correct each certificate individually. Is there a way to make a correction on one document and it changes it for all the merge documents?
I have the same problem as Lisanna Lewin which was 2 months ago and maybe yall have updated the website, however, I still encounter the same problem. I'd rather not waste my time trying to fix indvidual certficates. The templetes you have available arent up to my employers standards. Will there be a update anytime soon?
Hi Lisann,
The situation you are describing is a known technical issue which hopefully it will be fixed on the next update. In the meantime, you can try creating the project using a template for a similarly sized product and re-creating from scratch the Excel file you are merging.

Hi Marisa,
There is a way to do that, but for the time being it works only for the two pre-positioned text boxes over each seal. Once you have customized the content on a seal, please select the text box and use the Sync button from the toolbar at the top.
Is there a way to duplicate your custom created label to the entire page without copying & pasting each one?
Hi Michelle,
It is possible that the fields on the template for that product were switched, you can correct this by re-doing the merge, please try matching the data using the name of the text line instead of its order.
Let us know if you're still not able to complete the merge.
I'm trying to make lables and when i go to 'merge', it's putting the city/state/zip code on the second line and the address on the third line.
Hi Kathy,
The .pdf file is what your printer would print on the certificate sheets, so adding the borders to it would simply have them print again over the already existing borders on the certificate.
A workaround to show remotely to someone how the certificate would end up looking like, would be to first change the password to your account to one you are not using for anything else, then sharing the credentials of the account with that person so they can log in from their end.
Should you have additional questions, do not hesitate to write us back.
After completing a certificate, saving, and downloading it, when I click on the item, all I observe is the wording I used. The certificate border is not included. Is it possible to actually display the completed certificate with the border, etc., as a saved item to be able to send the certficate to another for final viewing ?
